2. Reservation / Pre-Order System

All products offered before the official release period are reservation-based pre-orders.

Customers pay a reservation fee of €3 per product in order to secure a reservation slot.

The reservation fee:

is fully credited toward the final product price,
is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled by us,
secures priority access to the reserved item.

Each customer may reserve a maximum of three (3) products.

Reservations exceeding this limit may be canceled or may not be guaranteed fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious, duplicate, automated, reseller-related, or fraudulent reservations.

3. Product Availability

All products are released in limited quantities.

Reservation availability does not guarantee unlimited stock availability beyond the stated reservation limits.

Estimated release and fulfillment dates may change due to:

production delays,
logistics,
customs,
supplier issues,
force majeure,
or external circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Customers only pay the €3 reservation fee during the reservation phase.

The remaining balance becomes due after the product has been shipped or delivered.

Customers receive:

an order confirmation email,
a reservation confirmation,
and later a final invoice for the remaining balance.

Failure to pay the remaining invoice amount within the stated payment period may result in:

reminders,
collection procedures,
legal enforcement measures,
and future purchase restrictions.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

destination country,
customs clearance,
logistics providers,
seasonal demand,
and external factors.

Customers are responsible for:

import duties,
customs fees,
taxes,
and local import regulations in their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Reservation fees are non-refundable unless canceled by us.

Due to the limited and reservation-based nature of our products, cancellations by customers are generally not permitted after a reservation has been confirmed.

Returns are only accepted in cases of:

damaged items,
defective products,
or incorrect shipments.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to request photo evidence before approving any replacement or refund request.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, branding elements, logos, graphics, texts, and product concepts of Gangsta Takes Anything are protected intellectual property.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation Fees

All €3 reservation fees are non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled by GTA-SHOP.

Reservation fees are credited toward the final purchase price.

Cancellations

Confirmed reservations cannot generally be canceled by customers.

We reserve the right to cancel:

duplicate reservations,
suspicious orders,
fraudulent activity,
or reservations exceeding quantity limits.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives:
